Great product - tastes great and hydrates well!

I finally found an electrolyte that I enjoy. I have had punch and orange. Both are good tasting.

If u have just discovered these little packets of a way to kick start ur day, then be prepared this flavor is not only delicious but a good way to stay balanced. I work in refineries in the hot sun. I sweat all day, and because of that I loose nutrients. I have tried the electrolyte packets that the refinery provides for us, including the electrolyte popsicles. However, they contain sugar and so many extra additives that it’s not even worth the bother. Anyone who works outside under different weather conditions knows sugar is not good for u. And it can throw ur body into over heating easier. I found Jigsaw from someone who was on a Keto Diet. I’m not doing a diet, but I do love these packets. One packet added to a bottle of water a day has enuff vitamin C to keep my digestive system on track and keep me hydrated. I love that they have now available the magnesium packets, which is something that a lot of women lack in their daily food and health. If ur considering them, then give it a try. 60 packets will last u 60days for the price u pay, I think u get a good deal.

I have ordered this a few times and really enjoy the flavor. I just realized it didn't have that much sodium content as I am supposed to be having so probably won't order it again. But never had any issues with clumping or dissolving.

This is my 4th bag of Electrolyte Supreme. It's great, dissolves easily and hydrates with nutrients I miss in my daily diet.

These were recommended by my doctor as a way to stay hydrated and get more electrolytes into my day. They taste great and I like that they do not incorporate sugar into the ingredients. I took off one star due to the packaging- I wish it were more eco friendly- there is a lot of waste with individually wrapped portions. I will take a better look at the description before buying next time.
