I started mouth taping to correct my neck/jaw. It ended up completely improving my life in different way. I have always struggled with cavities even though I was brushing like I should; even flossing daily. Once I started mouth taping, my dentist mentioned how great my teeth were doing. She had no idea what changed either. I wake up with less soar throats, cracked lips, and feel better rested. The tape rarely falls off and if it does; it doesn’t get tangled in my hair. It releases off the skin easy and can even re-stick if you need to adjust. If you are using it for first aid or wound treatment; it’s a fantastic product! (No weird smell either)

I use this tape to tape my mouth at night. It has worked really well and does not cause any irritation. I am able to get a couple of uses out of each strip I use.

Been using this for over two years for nightly mouth taping. I use about a 1” strip and place in the center of my mouth, half on top lip and half on bottom. If I need to speak or drink I can just lift it off the bottom lip and then replace when ready. It re-sticks amazingly. It also doesn’t bother my skin at all. The benefits of mouth taping are wonderful. No cavities at recent dental visit, for the first time in a long time! Deeper, more restful sleep. No snoring. I recommend it 100%. I have used other tapes and they are awful compared to this. I’ll never be without it!

This is great for covering stitches after surgery that need a little extra help with surgical tape. It will peel off very easy without hurting your skin.

I was very happy with how well this stayed in place, and the ease of pain-free removal. However, I do have sensitive skin, and I ended up with raised pores that itched like crazy after removal. The tape was removed about a week ago, yet I still have the irritation and visibly red, inflamed pores on my leg. So I wouldn't personally use this again due to that.

Have very sensitive skin and all the other medical tapes were causing my skin to become red and irritated. I know it costs more than other tapes but it seems worth it for not causing irritation and itching. If you have sensitive skin I recommend getting this one

I bought this to use as mouth tape based on other reviews . I am a cpap user , I use a nose cushion style mask and am a back sleeper so my mouth typically falls open due to gravity & using this tape seems to be helping! I use two small strips vertically so can avoid feeling claustrophobic & it works well for keeping my mouth from opening while I sleep. I have very sensitive skin when it comes to adhesive but this stuff does seem to be accurately gentle for “sensitive skin” While still having great adhesion (just make sure your skin is clean before hand for best adhesion) I will buy this again once I run out but it seems like one roll will last me at least a month ! Great price for this , much better pricing than the specific mouth tapes I’ve looked at. I will update my review if anything changes but for now, it gets 5 stars.

Amazing mouth tape. I use it every night with no issues, no sticky residue and it is not hard to remove in the mornings. Great price for a great product!

I got this for my eight-year-old daughter, who was a mouth breather. She had surgery to remove a nasal obstruction, but she was so used to breathing through her mouth that she kept on doing it. So, it was an option to tape her lips while hanging around the house so she remembered to breathe through her nose. While it worked great for about 30 minutes, it eventually fell off. Also, our ENT doctor said the tape would not work, and she was correct. P.S. My daughter stopped her mouth breathing on her own. The tape is great for other purposes, but not what we got it for. It was easy to apply and remove, no marks, etc.

I use this for mouth tape to stop mouth breathing at night with a mouth guard. Works well, easy to peel off in the morning, helps me breath easier and I’m finding it’s positively changed the shape of my jaw and chin now that I’m held in proper alignment while I’m sleeping. I’m losing my double chin! I highly recommend this product
