No way of knowing if it is working.
My doctor is having me take this, but I have no way of knowing if it is "working." It does cause your urine to turn bright yellow.

Dosing
The product looks like other B2 capsules I have taken. These are a little more powdery. The thing that is significant is that you need to take 4 caps instead of just 1 like the other brand I was taking to get the same mg.I take a lot of pills and to add 3 more for the same dose is absurd. But I did not look and just saw that it was less expensive and ordered.

FRAUDULENT—NO B2 IN THIS!!
There is not nearly 100 mg of B2 per capsule like they claim, if there is any at all! I started taking 4 a day (400 mg)—that’s 300 times the daily value in supposedly quick-release capsules, way more than you can absorb at once. Anyone who has ever taken B2 knows that whatever you don’t absorb is flushed out and makes your urine bright yellow. At 400 mg/day, I observed no urinary evidence of having taken any B2 supplement. After a few days I started taking double—4 in the morning and 4 in the evening. That’s EIGHT pills a day. No change! And today, after taking these for a week, I ended up with a migraine—something my previous B2 supplements successfully prevented! Not only is it misleading (as others have commented) to claim to be a 400 mg supplement when each capsule is only 100 mg, it’s actually 0 mg. This is straight up supplement fraud! I complained and got my money back, but this should be taken down. I will never buy this or any other Carlyle supplements again!

Well worth the money
I ordered this product on doctors orders and i searched different products until i found this one with the exact recommendations my doctor ordered and it was priced reasonably

Smaller capsules
I like this because the capsules are smaller than the brand I was previously taking. I don't have swallowing issues but who wants to swallow a huge capsule. I find it handy in that way and also makes me more willing to take regularly.
