Lower Dose Riboflavin From A Great Company
Riboflavin has a variety of benefits, including helping with nerve issues. I take some every morning. This is good riboflavin, but the labeling is sketchy. There is only 100 mg of riboflavin per pill. So, it's not 400 mg. That is the amount contained in 4 pills. I prefer the lower dose, but some may want more. Also, these tablets are dusty and riboflavin is very bright and yellow-orange. Be careful what you touch afterward. This company is a great company, minus the labeling stuff. Carlyle tests their products and you can always count on them.
