Love it!
I’m surprised but some of the reviews. I fell in love with this soap instantly. I wanted a hand soap refill that actually had decent ingredients. This one does! And it smells amazing! Not normally a fan of grapefruit, but I love the smell of this soap! It’s like the scent actually changes a bit when you add water- I believe the basil comes out a bit more. Oh and the smell actually sticks around for a little bit too, which I wasn’t expecting. Non drying as well! Great value- I can keep a carton in every bathroom. And you can recycle it!

Leaky defective container, unhelpful customer support
Soap was nice.Half of one of the containers leaked into its box. The Amazon packaging was fine and the soap box leaked at the junction of the plastic mouth and paper container. It took some time to clean up the mess and get the soap into another container. Bummer because the packaging is why I bought this product. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me to resolve with Amazon, but I'm not wasting the resources to ship these back as it would again defeat the purpose of buying more environmentally friendly products. All in all frustrating experience but the product is a good idea and I'd probably give it another shot.

The product inside the cartons is fine. The cartons, themselves, tend to have integrity problems.
My wife likes Cleancult products. However, the containers are low budget and have a tendency to leak. That's not so good when ordering these online. One may ask, "Is that hypothetical, or have you had a problem?" Yes, I have had a problem with these shipped from Amazon. I looked closely and determined that it was *not* Amazon's fault. It was inside a three pack box. It's easier to go through stock in a store and pick out acceptable ones.Another issue that one should consider when ordering is that different products (hand soap, laundry detergent) are packaged and labeled in a way that they can be mistaken for one another. I've bought the wrong ones from the store. I've had Amazon ship the wrong ones.I think I can agree with my wife and say the product itself is good. I do question the purchase based on the hassle factor.

Mold on cap
Like the soap, but there is black mold on the cap interiors. I wanted to message the seller directly, but Amazon has a technical glitch that when I click on the item it actually opens a different item I ordered. I can’t seem to get around it. Might have just been a bad batch of soap.

Smells like a cardboard box
I purchased a box of 3 blue sage liquid soap. I was certain this was for foaming dispensers but received regular liquid soap. I was excited that this product was seemed healthy and sustainable and possibly had a sage scent to go along with the theme in our office of smudging away what does not serve us. Im a massage therapist so i wash vigorously up to my elbows about 20x a day and soap really dry my forearms and hands out. Unfortunately Im not feeling the moisturising benefits of this soap at all and the scent is more wet cardboard box than anything. Actually it smells just like a soggy heap of those brown disposable hand towels in a school bathroom.I will be adding my own essential oils and hoping that everyone steps up their hand washing routine 200% so we can get through these 3 large containers swiftly. Very disappointed.
