My daughter convinced me to purchase these. I used to drape my jacket over the suitcase top, or in the strap of my purse ... mind you, the jacket was just laying there, just asking to be dropped. My daughter saw the problem and found the solution. Great for my jacket and i know I used it for something else ... i just forget. Let's say, I think this can be helpful for several things that need to be connected

I bought this to strap my lightweight jackets to my bags/luggage. The strap itself is good. The ring is decent, but you do have to make sure it has fully closed. I am not a fan of the plastic clip. It's a little thinner than I expected. It will work great for my needs, however if you plan to strap another bag to your luggage this may not be to strap for you. I would not count on the clip being able to handle much weight. Especially for constant travelers. I would worry that the clip would break with frequent use. If you want to strap a jacket or purse to your luggage thus could be the strap for you.

Recently bought and brought on a girls’ trip to London after seeing it multiple times on BuzzFeed top travel lists. Holy crap, did it come in handy! Barely made it out of security before my friend’s baggage handle broke completely off. She thought she was going to have to lug her carry-on through the whole trip, but I used this item to fashion her a new handle so she could drag the bag behind her and utilize the wheels. It made the trip so much easier for her. Not exactly how I had planned to use the item on the trip, but I’m glad I had it so I could help her out, and it held up the whole trip despite rather rough use through the airports. Overall, great product, looks exactly as shown, very happy I bought it!

I haven't used this yet, but it looks like it will work well. Actually, I did attach it to my personal item on our last trip, thinking I would remember to use it to secure my jacket as we walked through the airport. Old habits die hard... I looked down, and there was my jacket looped through my purse (just the way I've lost it several times), and the luggage strap - empty - dangling off my personal item! (LOL) If you get this and use it, I'm sure you'll be happy. ALSO: My friend (an over-packer) brings a 24-inch and a 22-inch suitcase on every trip. She jury-rigs a small belt to keep the suitcases together while wheeling them to the baggage check. This strap would definitely be much easier to use and work far better. I've recommended it to her. We'll see if she decides to make life easier :-)

Needed something to hang my jacket or neck pillow from my carry-on tote. Unfortunately, the ring does not fit the pull up handle of the suitcase, but any tote or bag that has a soft handle or D rings is perfect.

Highly recommend. It’s fantastic to just carry around in any bags you have, so you have the option to hang additional stuff, if you need. I’m definitely getting more. It’s super strong; I’ve used it to carry my hard had and steel toed shoes after packing my bag too full, and I’ve used it to carry an extra bag of groceries. I’ve also just used it to carry my keys so I can find them easily.
