love these for hard materials. don't plug up like flapper wheels. Soft paint like enamel will stick to them, but hit on metal edge and it cleans them off.

If they put a backing on this that was durable and held. It would be 5 stars. I use these to sand with. I glue them to regular round sandpaper. Like 60 grit. Saves soooo much time. But practice with the orbital sander is key. This sandpaper can rip though paint And wood. Careful... but the rewards are effective. Better than paint remover, better than 60 grit with a paint build-up remover. Time saver for me was/is life saver.

Just what I was looking for!

I use these discs on a daily basis to scribe wood and metal in cabinet installation. The discs have an incredible life compared to other big box discs. The zirconium grain does not load and allows for clean precise grinding on all types of wood and light metals. I like these discs so much that I give them to other finish carpenters and cabinet installers. I have referred over 20 people to these discs and they have all loved them

Really work metal over. Have used flap disc a lot before but these are faster and can get right into the inside corner welds very well. They work replace flap or grinding discs but they are my new go to disc for most all occasions. Work well and last long time.
