My brand new Ibiza Hair brush bristles are very hard, what can I do?

Soak your new brush's bristles in lukewarm water for 5-10 minutes, blot dry with a clean dry towel, lay flat and air dry. When dry rub the brush between both hands to loosen bristles.

How do I clean my brushes?

Remove all the hair or residue from the brush with a wide tooth comb. Dilute a sink full of warm water with a mild/natural or sulfate free shampoo. Fully immerse the brush or brushes for 5-10 minutes, rinse, blot with a clean dry towel & let air dry.

What is meant by Reinforced Boar Bristles?

Ibiza Hair mixes 65% natural boar bristle with a unique carbon fibre heat resistant nylon. This nylon is manufactured in Spain and has a micro ball tip which is safe for the scalp and prevents the brush from getting stuck in the hair.

Where does your cork come from?

The cork used in the Ibiza Hair brushes, comes from the Mediterranean region of Spain. The cork tree is an better for the environment as the cork is shaved off and then regrows.

Can I use Ibiza Hair brushes on hair extensions?

Yes, Ibiza Hair brushes are absolutely gentle enough to be used on extensions. In particular, we would recommend the B Series and CC Series for using on extensions.

use on semi-dry hair

the product initially didn’t work as well as my boar brushes from other brands so i ended up rarely using it however, to actually use it, your hair must be semi-dry and not damp to avoid it from being tangled. it gets the job done well and i feel its worth the price if you’re looking for good quality.

Don't buy unless you have strong hair

Do not buy if you have fine or fragile hair!!! I should not have bought this. I cant even run this through my hair. It ripped my hair out instantly, the bristles are so stiff and coarse. I can't return it either now which is so annoying.
