Great Phone! I purchased the phone for my elderly Mother and she loves it! It was brand new and worked right out the box. The big numbers are easier to see and the flashing light when the phone rings makes it easier for her to use with her advanced age.

I got the phone for a friend who has very poor eyesight. She was able to see the numbers clearly and the red 911 button at the top was great.

The phone is easy to use, but very cheaply made volume does not go loud enough for my mother who lives in a nursing home and she can't hear who's on the other end of the phone. It might be OK for a regular house but for a person that is impaired with her hearing or his hearing, it doesn't work very well.

This phone was for my 96-year-old mom. I programmed the Memory buttons and the 911 to a different number so she does not accidentally hit the 911 button as she already wears a 911 button around her neck. Just make sure in programming the buttons that you move through your numbers kind of quickly as otherwise it will time out. Once I figured that out it works programming them every time. As for sound and ringer volume she could hear well and was very happy. It is nice the volume slider is in the back so you won't accidentally hit it.

The product was in excellent condition upon arrival, and the product arrived in timely manner. The phone is loud enough for my mother to hear, and the numbers on the phone my mother could see them. excellent phone for the hearing and visually impaired.

Purchased this phone to replace a different make large button phone I had purchased just two months earlier for my sister. The previous one failed miserably. This one is also very light weight and has a short cord from the phone to the handset. I put nonskid shelf liner under it to hold it in place and switched out the cord for a longer one. On the bright side it works great so far and is compatible with her answering machine. Review on the 911 button remains to be seen. My sister is 95 and has poor eyesight. Im hoping she doesn’t accidentally press that red button when dialing the 2.

I bought this for my uncle who is both hearing- and visually impaired. He loved the number keys. But we could not get the volume loud enough for him to barely hear the dial tone. Voice volume was much lower than his old phone, so we just stuck with that. The high-quality inline phone amplifier that we tried did not work with this phone.

Bought for dad who can't see well and had difficulty understanding & using cordless phones. This phone is more like the old days phones where the phone is activated when the phone is removed from the cradle. He is able to use this phone much easier. He calls me all the time now!!!! I highly recommend this phone for the elderly with vision and understanding issues.
