Some nights this has been dinner and that still feels ok. Only complaint is it is way too sweet. Need a ton of liquid to dilute it. The sweetness is way over the top. Like over a liter per scoop and it will still be very sweet. Baking with it is out of the question due to overwhelming sweetness.
