The hood looks and works great. Mine did have a dent in the shield so check it out before you go to install it. I contacted the seller and a replacement part was on my doorstep in a few days. I highly recommend this hood and seller and hopefully will do more business in the future.

I was skeptical of this range hood since so many of the range hoods online had terrible reviews, but my contractors had it installed quickly and it looks great. It's a bit loud on "high" but it works great so i can live with it. The LED lighting is also plenty bright.

Looks good. Works great. A little loud, but that can't be helped - it's 600CFM. Installation is not easy, esp for high ceilings, so read the web for hints and prepare everything in advance. I ding 1 star because one of the covers was dented, despite the bubble wrap & packing. Guess the packaging needs to be redesigned with rough UPS handlers in mind. I went ahead and used it - wasn't worth waiting for a replacement.

I just received my vent hood today. I took it out of the box, and noticed the Chimney cover is badly dented. I contacted support to see if i could get a replacement. I am getting absolutely no help! He is trying his best, but getting no where fast. If you decide to buy this vent hood and run into issues just know the help desk is not going to be of any help. Seriously Disappointed!!!

This range is quite a bargain and looks very nice in my kitchen, but is definitely not very high powered. If you are a gourmet chef or fry lots of foods, go for something with more sucking power. For me, it works, but it is not a good long term investment. It also is very hard to clean, as the stainless steel is NOT fingerprint resistant. I have not yet figured out how to clean it without seeing streak marks from the paper towel or rag.

So I made the mistake of ordering this in a rush and it took longer to arrive then expected. The package was fine not open or smashed but the top piece of the vent was completely dented. We were under a time crunch and had a very competent contractor who made it work but it was tough. There was no reason for the tube to be dented except that it was put into the package that way. The overall look is great, the exhaust works great but I couldn't recommend this because I don't know what you will receive

This is a great hood. It was packed well and received it with no damage. Install was straight forward. When you mount your ceiling bracket, assemble the hangar supports and have a helper mount the unit to the ceiling without the outside shroud installed. This way you can figure out your height from bottom of hood to top of cook top. I believe 29-31 inches is the norm. Mark your supports and pull it down and lock down your bolts. While its on the floor and the hangar mounts are installed slide the stainless columns over the supports. Theirs an outside and inside. Leave the blue film on until its installed. It will protect the finish from scratches. Push outside column down flush to hood. The inner column push down and leave a couple inches from the top of hangars to attach bolts to ceiling bracket. Support the hood and use 6 inch hose camp to attach exhaust hose if your using it to vent outside. Plug it up and slide inside column upward and over the ceiling mount to finish. Fan works very well and is a faint whisper on low. High is not that loud at all. LED lights light up the cook top extremely well. So far it has been a great purchase.

Haven’t really used it yet but everything works and looks great. Bought the charcoal filters and they easily attach to the inside of the blower so you don’t need a vent or duct work.
