Worst protein powder ever. It doesn't digest at all, it stays in the stomach forever. It makes me sick and dizzy for hours. I've been using protein powders for years, but this one is one of the worst I've ever tried. Straight to the bin. Pure poison.

Dissolves really fast in water, far better than most Whey Iso products that I've tried. Beats Optimum Nutrition and Muscleblaze like a breeze. Easy on digestion and doesn't make/keep sediments on the shaker, which is very impressive to me.
