Great product. Tastey and savory but expensive as heck.

Some of the other biltongs that I have tried were more like jerky which is not all that palatable to me because it's too hard to chew and I can't really enjoy it because of that. This, however, is really good stuff and not all tough and funky. And the flavor is sumptuous. I'm doing ketovore right now andthat's working really well for me but I like to have a way to grab a good high protein snack and beef is the best but so many of them are really super expensive and not always real high quality. This is what I like to call baby bear, in other words, just right. The price is really decent as well!

Did the keto diet for a month and this stuff was the perfect snack to have laying around. Pros: great flavor. The steakhouse variety has a nice blend of salt and other spices. Doesnt seem to be too overpowering. The jerky tastes extremely fresh and no fatty parts. Cons: I get a bag every once in awhile that has mostly tiny and ground up bits as opposed to actual pieces of jerky. The price point is a little much, but I think that's the way it goes with quality jerky. Overall I am satisfied and will be buying again

its chewy, fatty, processed meat, not beef, maybe aged beef fat chips, my taste buds were not the same after eating this stuff. I usually eat beef, turkey jerky, and tolerate most foods, I am a foodie. but this stuff, its from outer space made for goats. do not buy this. I rarely leave a negative review this low, but my stomach and the smell of this stuff is disgusting. there is no return, because its a food item. I am a prime member and will refuse to spend 25$ for this slop without a refund, or credit.

So this bolting is never “bad.” But I fell in love with the steakhouse version. I’ve never had biltong so fresh and tasty. But then I ordered three more 8-packs (and put it on autoship) and it was not the same. Not bad, but very “average” in the world of dried meats. It is ok but it’s hard not to be disappointed. It makes me wonder if I should try more other brands. I will give it another month and then if it’s not back to the original freshness then I will probably reconsider my autoship and go back to buying from multiple brands.
