Review: Exetremely comfortable, easy to use, and ordering another one! - I've tried all types of compression sleeves, but this one has been the most comfortable. It is perfect, as it formed to fit over the shoulder and under the arm. Meaning, there is no tight band around the upper arm, and the incorporated gauntlet helps keep from rolling, pinching and causing more swelling the wrist/hand. The band was extremely easy to use without assistance, and it fits fine under loose fitting blouses, keeps it comfortable and in place. For me, I forgot I was wearing it this sleeve, because it immediately started helping relieve pain from swelling. It is true to size. However, my only suggestion is to ensure you measure properly, and possibly go up one size to make sure it isn't too tight. I had one measurement that was outside of the sizing chart, and decided to go up one size to an XL. I would rather have light compression, than too tight in the area that is actually really swollen. Great price since garments always need to be replaced after 3-6 months of steady use. I've used Gottfried and Juzo, which are great. The Juzo snags a lot. This one feels good on my skin grafts. I get good compression throughout the skin and my pain is reduced. The sling is kind of thick and wide, too bulky for me and under shirts.
