Based on the size guide, my waist was in the middle of a large. The large was too big so I returned them and ordered a medium. The pair that arrived were even bigger and had two labels sewn in. One was a medium and one was an extra large, however, the extra large had been cut off and was just floating around in the packet. I measured the waist and hips and they bore no relation to any of the sizes on the size guide. I ordered a small, which according to the size guide would be way too small, but they fit me perfectly.I like them, they are not overly padded to give you large hips but are good for a nice natural shape. I've given it a 3 star for the hassle of getting the right size.

Great product for expanding the hip area for petite women however the waist area is too big for me so it can be seen sometimes underclothing. But nonetheless it is a good item

Checked everywhere before purchasing about returns. No where did it say no returns. Bought a few to check for sizes. Very disappointed
