I'm a happy 2 year user! I use the vacuum 3 x week, minding that I have a middium size dog, so sometimes I vacuum even more often :D it is a time to change a filter though but vacuum itself didn't lose its quality and I can still use it for 60m2 apartment. Quite happy with the smaller part too, I use it for furniture and a car :)

Soddisfatta. Pratico per l'uso quotidiano

J'ai acheté plusieurs Ergorapido dont j'étais absolument contente (malgré des améliorations nécessaires) et puis j'ai acheté le Q9 Anima d'Electrolux. Ce produit était lourd, se remplissait vite, le niveau de remplissage induisait en erreur, et la soufflerie de l'air à expulser pour pouvoir aspirer était mal dirigée. Ici tout est ok, comme sur les Ergorapido (Electrolux et AEG c'est la marque, non ?) Donc, – léger, – maniable, – remplissage correct (0,5 l pour 0,3 l sur le Q9) et visuel, – filtration très bien, – vidage parfait, – esthétique même plus que mon dernier Ergorapido… et il tient debout (comme mon dernier Ergorapido et le Q9). En plus il a la fonction "Brushclean" ce que je voulais impérativement — le rouleau tourne en sens inverse et donc les fils ou cheveux sont enlevés et dirigé vers la partie stockage = génial. Je n'ai trouvé cette fonction que chez Electrolux/AEG.

The order was for my elderly grandmother, the delivery was very good. The delivery man helped her upstairs to her flat with it which was a bonus. Only thing we didn’t know about it was that it’s a European plug so had to go out and buy an adapter. Other than that it’s a brilliant product.
