Extremely disappointed with the quality of this product. Despite using it only a few times — and always with utmost care — a small hole appeared unexpectedly, rendering it completely unusable.Frankly, I expected much better from a reputed brand like PUMA. This experience has seriously shaken my trust in the quality assurance and durability of your products. It's unacceptable that a so-called premium brand would deliver something so poorly made.I hope this feedback is taken seriously — not just as a complaint, but as a wake-up call for your product development and quality control teams.

Not that great but it's quality is very good

The product was good, but the packaging was not good. The box is totally damaged.

Actual size was not properly feet , hence replaced with higher number,I got service properly with nice pdt
