I am happy with the quality of this item, love the retro feel.

The LED call indicator is really dim. It would be best viewed in a dark room. It appears to work in line with the ringer and pulses with the ringer...again quite dimly. The ringer isn't exceptionally loud, however it's definitely an electro mechanical bell ringer so that's a plus in my book. The audio quality is what one would expect from an analog telephone and is definitely usable. The build quality is perhaps not as good as a vintage example but feels like it should hold up under normal use. The hand set is comfortable in the hand and on the ear. For the price it's a fine phone for a man cave or she shack. Tested and working with my Grandstream UCM and cell2jack.

Ordered a wall phone to replace the one in the garage that had died. I was very pleasantly surprised. Mounted easily. Great color. Sounds good. A red flashing light on top plus ring sound really lets you know the phone is ringing. Great if you are across the garage. Great price for a this old fashioned looking phone.

My chosen (black) wall phone is more imposing than my previous model that occupied less space in my small kitchen. The ring and its volume are definitely reminiscent of earlier years, but that doesn't mean it a pleasant tone. It reasonably fits onto the attached wall hardware of the previous phone, but it is strangely not snug to the holder at top. It did not come with ANY written or pictural installation instructions, which is definitely not helpful. The little light on top is totally ridiculous and redundant unless the sound can be turned off (which it can't be) and one wants to be notified of a call only visually, for whatever reason. Had I noticed before purchase that there is no notice of who is calling, I wouldn't have ordered the phone: Now I simply let this phone ring and allow the answering machine in my office record any message--I'm tired of discovering salespersons, those with a political bent, or "name unavailables".

Seems cheaply made, has very poor sound quality and I was never able to get the ringer adjusted so that it could be easily heard - had to buy & wire in a axillary ringer device. Wish I would have returned it. UPDATE, Within days of this review, the seller contacted me to tell me they were sorry that I was unhappy & offered me a replacement phone or a complete refund, even though it was well past the refund date. They posted a refund to my Amazon account right away. I feel they did their best to make it right. thanks

I bought this phone for my mother and father. They are elderly in their 80s and they cannot hear the phone ring very often so I bought this for them and it has a little ring bell on top so you can see it when it rings and you can definitely hear it. It is very good I’m not disappointed by it for somebody that cannot hear well. It is great for seniors.

Works great. light on top doesnt work but maybe because it's hooked to magic Jack and not a tradional phone line.

Looks nice. Plastic housing not metal. Works with VOIP phone line for the ringer bell but the light is very dim. VOIP dos not put out enough current to power the light. Sound quality is okay, not great but works fine.

does not wort on bt router i bough this to plug into a land line in my shop looks good but dosent work

Téléphone mural qui hésite entre le montage de bricolage et l’appareil professionnel. Le plus grave la non fourniture d’un gabarit pour le perçage des deux fixations. Il est impossible de le plaquer contre un mur à cause de la proéminence de la prise RJ11 positionnée verticalement au lieu de l’horizontal. Utilisation conforme à la description il est possible d’augmenter le niveau de l’écouteur , mais impossible de régler le niveau de la sonnerie. Et pour terminer aucune notice technique accompagne la livraison de l’appareil. Et dernière critique le crochet de raccrochage ne semble pas très fiable !
