We started with them as soon as she started showing signs of rolling. These are soooooo soft and made her feel so cuddly to put to sleep. We stopped using them after about a month - when she really started rolling at night - because they were pretty loose in her arms and whatnot and I was worried she’d tangle herself up (loves sleeping on her tummy). She’s also small for her age (in the 2% for weight), so keep that in mind.
