It's simple but works.
I bought this unit and will likely buy it a sibling. I use it in a distribution center where it gets turned loosed every evening to go to work. The dust bin is double the size of any other robo vac I've encountered and in 5-6 hrs of run time on hard floor the bin is packed full of dust, bags, cardboard chunks and a necklace (that it found). No app or wifi capability which is one of the reasons I chose it. I prefer no wifi as our network is secure and our IT dept. is probably the worst. LOL. But it's been running 5 days or more per week for 10 straight months and it cleans areas that my cleaning crew simply can't reach. I like this thing. I do recommend an air tag to locate it. He has 40,000 square feet on one level to cover and he gets lost so an air tag makes it simple to find. Just glue it to his butt and use FindMy app.

Great product!!!
This thing is AWESOME. I have it in my hangar, which is 75x70. I have a pretty good size floor with corner shelving and a couple of big tool boxes in the back, one airplane and two trucks inside. This thing just zooms around, circles around tires, and other objects. Battery life is great. I have been just turning it on and let it run. Easy to dump too.

Best out there for a commercial environment. Not recommended for your home.
This robotic vacuum is absolutely outstanding when you use it in an environment as intended. Hard floors, nothing wet. We use it in a 2400sqft detail shop and it is nothing short of amazing. Runs forever on a charge, and as it uses one battery it switches to the other. My only two complaints: it has a very annoying alarm that you can't turn off (I haven't figured out how if you can) when it runs. The other is it doesn't try long to get itself unstuck from something or somewhere before it quits. We have "roboproofed" the shop and it will still occasionally find something to get stuck on, but as we learn what it's getting stuck on we resolve it and continue. This doesn't have a base to return to like a household robotic vacuum, but that really doesn't bother us. Very VERY pleased with it, and it gets daily use in our shop.

Joke.
Pretty worthless. I tried this in a restaurant even when we removed everything from the floor including tables this thing would find a way to get stuck. Even after we kind of worked this out, it literally couldn’t suck up dirt, it gets stopped on the smallest thing on the floor. I used it on a construction site too and had high hopes it couldn’t suck up a chunk of sheet rock smaller than a penny. If you like to presweep an area then use this thing to move around the dust this is the machine for you.

Bought for a barn - has never finished a complete cycle
This may pick up nails, but it doesn’t do well with even small amounts of pine shavings.

I'm using it in the house and it works fine.
This little thing kicks butt. I've had it two days inside the house and it's worked great. I have wood floors, a thin rugs. Both are no problem for it. It handles the rugs and switches between the rugs and the wood floors with no problem. Better suction than my regular vacuum. Every now and again it gets stuck. It's got great power but it's a little dumb. The remote kinda doesn't work. Which is annoying. And I wish the remote had a function where you could take manual control to guide it somewhere. It would make it easy to "park it". Yes, that is lazy. But I'm the type of guy who buys a robot vacuum. Overall. I was impressed.

Amazing!
Have a 7,000 sqft warehouse and day one it was a workhorse! I have several roombas and this is so much better for a warehouse! It drains one battery at a time so when it shifts to battery 2 you can remove battery one and charge before the other runs out! Buy it!

Does the job ok
Gets stuck on low objects frequently. Alarm sound is annoying. Cleans decently, but the cleaning patterns arent very efficient.

Very powerful.
If my house was burning down I would save this vacuum. Vacuums my 3 bedroom house while I'm at work. Very powerful. Eats rugs and mounts pedestal fans. It's a bit noisy and sounds like a truck reversing but I love it. 2 different dust compartments for fine and larger.

Quality
Expensive, but it works great in the shop. Needs to be supervised if your area has stuff in the way. Don’t buy after market batteries.

ZERO Stars!!! Wheels DISINTEGRATING ON FIRST USE
I’ve NEVER seen a Commerical grade product literally disintegrate on the FIRST USE!!! Yes, the vacuum works, but the wheels are literally disintegrating!
