I have every size and love them all. I'm a major cook and can't imagine not having all of these as part of my kitchen. Roo many uses to list them all.

I can’t say enough about these bowls! We use them all the time. I actually ordered a second set because we lost (probably adult kids took some) a few. Durelex products are amazing.

Easy to stack and store, easy to clean, perfect for desserts or fruit single servings, and great for storing leftovers. It also goes from refrigerator to microwave.

Reasonable price and very durable and functional. It is wonderful kitchen basic.

The bowls I received were 3.5 inch not the 4 inch as advertised.

I don’t know why more home cooks don’t take a lesson from pro cooks, and get their ingredients prepped, ready to cook, and easy to handle before the pot goes on the heat. If you’re piling ingredients on a cutting board, you should know that that’s not the system that gets used in a working kitchen. These are good prep bowls for a good price. They also come in a lot of sizes; obviously this size is not right for every task, but I’d guess that they’d serve for 75% of the ingredients needed to make a dish in a home kitchen. Get a few larger prep bowls in glass or metal in addition to these, and you’ll have your ingredients ready to go at the time they are needed. Fewer opportunities to overcook things because they’re not where you need them when you need them, and fewer occurrences of the dreaded “Oh, merde — I forgot to rinse the salt off the anchovies!"
