I needed bright fluorescent, neon paints for a painting series I was doing for a class in the theme of psychedelic paintings, and these were perfect for the job! I admittedly bought cheap fluorescent at a local craft store and hated the sheerness of them, these by comparison are smooth and creamy. These are still a tiny bit sheer, but the heavy body nature of them makes them far more thick and easier to apply, you only need like two or three coats to get a complete opaque look. I should also mention that to get the colors in the images I provided, I mixed these paints with just a little bit of white, it gives the paints a nice opacity while still maintaining the bright and vivid colors. I only gave this product a four star review because of the lack of purple, I was a bit surprised and disappointed that one was not included. I ended up using the cheap and subpar purple to complete my pieces, the quality difference was astounding though. These paints truly are spectacular and very much worth the price. If you are looking for bright fluorescent paints, these are definitely worth getting and using. If you need a purple, try to find one in a high quality brand. This, overall, is a fantastic brand and great quality set of paints.

Very transparent. Yellow is more of a lime green. Nothing Florescent about the blues or red. But loved the pink and orange

I recently started painting with acrylic and I will say I struggled with these at first, but that is really my own fault because I had zero prior knowledge other than brush to water to paint to paper. If you’re a beginner my biggest advice would be to know what you’re doing before you sit down and try to figure everything out on your own. It may seem self explanatory but if I had learned the basics before sitting down and trying I would have saved myself a lot of frustration and disappointment. That being said, after I watched a few tutorials and learned the basics and some techniques, these became some of my favorite paints.
