Q: Does it have hump in the mid which would cause oil or pancakes to slide towards the circumference?

My pan had the same slight defect. The first time I used it, all the oil slid to the sides. None would stay in the middle. It's not noticeable to the eye, so people who don't use oil probably won't notice it. Amazon took it back and paid the postage... so no complaints.

Q: Is this ceramic pan also pfte free (does not state)?

I went to the GreenLife website and it states in the FAQs that Thermolon is the coating they use and it does not have "PTFE, PFAS, PFOA, lead or cadmium."

Q: The nonstick coating is coming off. Shall i toss it like i do aay other nonstick??? I dont want aanything bad in my food.

That's what I did. I tried cleaning methods I read about which extended it a little bit but had to toss a few weeks later.
