These potassium chloride tablets are so much easier to swallow than the giant prescription form I had been struggling with. I just take 2 of these in the morning and another 2 at night, resulting in good potassium levels each time I get my regular blood work done. I know that the amount of effective medication in OTC tablets can vary a bit from prescription supplements, but I am very happy with this substitution.

Not sure if they are working yet. I'll have to let you know.

I buy this a lot as I take about 8 of them a day, and I am still below what I need to take but I am mindful of what I eat and try to get potassium from other sources as well. I pair this with Magnesium which I also take twice a day and my health has improved so much, I even look healthier. I am not saying this is a magic pill, nor that this alone has changed my life, but it is a conjunction of elements, actions and general things I do that have changed my overall health for the better. Potassium and Magnesium are the main two I take twice a day, and I have less to no joint pain, no more migraines, no cramps, no tachycardia, and a more youthful look. Everyone should take potassium, in my book, unless your doctor says otherwise. I hope my review helps!

This is my third time purchasing this supplement. I take Magnesium and Potassium to prevent leg cramps from my low carb diet. I’ve tried several types of Potassium supplements over the years. I found this type and brand my favorite. The price is excellent for the quantity you get but the best for me is the shape of the pill. (Note here that I do purchase them when they’re on sale) The pills are small & smooth making them easy to swallow. Capsules can sometimes stick in my throat but these never do. I highly recommend these Suppliments and will continue to purchase.
