Does what it says on the tin
Amazon always ask for a review with in 24 hours, they expect a review before you have tried or even used your purchases.These tablets are doing what the seller has stated and I feel that they are helping me, early days but my sleeping has improved and I am having better days.Yes I will buy again and recommend them.

Best magnesium I've tried, high quality
I've tried plenty of magnesium suppliments over the years, but this stands out as superb. I take twice daily, my second one just before bed and I find it calms my mind and aids a restful sleep. Also lowers anxiety levels overall throughout the day and evening.Service was fast and great value. Highly recommended.

I purchased these after a very long search for a Magnesium supplement that would possibly help with my migraines.The price was great. But also the ingredients. The magnesium content was perfect.It's my first time trying this type so it's early days in regards to their effect. But I'm hopeful.The capsules are of a regular size. Nothing overly large.Delivered on time. Well packaged and fantastic aftercare from the company.No wonder they are a 2023 Winner! Great job. 👍

Dosage
Ordered these as recommended by my GP. Capsules are very large and dosage us 3 a day, but does not state whether all 3 should be taken together or 1 capsule 3 times a day. What will give the best result or will it make no difference.
