Wow!! Incredible customer support and product warranty. I purchased 3 pans, 2 of which I loved. One pan always seemed to stick in the middle. After sending photos of the pan and serial number, Hexclad support sent an email stating that a replacement pan is on its way. Very impressed with the timely response to my concern about the pan.

These are super sturdy pans that clean up beautifully after super messy cooking. I wish I’d bought them sooner! The only problem I have is that they are so non-stick that my food slips TOO quickly out of the pan when serving. HA! We liked them so much that we bought more as a gift.

I bought these pans as a present for my wife and she was over the moon with their quality and finish. The precision of the manufacture really impressed me and I would recommend this cookware to anyone wanting excellence and food cooked to perfection. Love these. I have burned my share of oops I left it on meals. This pan takes the absue and looks brand new after. I also dont get the metal fume feeling that I got from cheap non sticks. This is worth every penny. I got my set and my wife hers so my carnivorous ways dont get in her pans. They cook everything beautifully. eggs, burgers, cheese, bread, no stick! Cleans easy too.
