It's an excellent product, of very good quality. It's easy to use and completely wireless, which makes it super convenient. It includes the cartridges and is ready to use right out of the box. The power is very good, adjustable, and it really feels like professional quality.

The device worked for about a couple of weeks, but then stopped advancing the needles in the cartridge beyond the front guard. The problem wasn’t with the cartridges, it was with the pen itself. It would’ve been worth just buying a better pen than this, waste of money.
