Great Top, Fantastic Price
I had a Hanes shirt I had purchased about 10 years ago and absolutely loved (still going strong!), but itโs finally starting to fade from black to that obviously faded color. It suddenly dawned on me that I should see if that style was still made - weโre talking Hanes here so not a company influenced heavily by the trends - or at least something similar. I found this which looked like it was made of the same comfy, durable, fabric and similar fit with roughly the same neckline and 3/4 length sleeves - all boxes checked plus a killer price! Based on the TruFit model info, I should have ordered the Large (Iโm roughly a 12) but I always order up a size because of upper arm issues and Iโm not fond of things clinging to my body - I love the comfort of a bit of spandex, but not how it looks when outlining my muffin top! I saw a few reviews saying it ran a bit small and looked at the photos and decided to order up 2 sizes, knowing this fabric and cut (assuming they were as I expected) would be very forgiving on sizing. My XXL came and it was perfect. Same fabric, same sort of fit as my old shirt. If I had the body of my youth and was fine with a more form-fitting top, the L would be a great fit. With my arm issues, the XL would absolutely have fit me and Iโd have been happy with it. But the XXL was very comfy and just floats over my body in the middle without being overly loose in the shoulders or hips, the two places it actually contacts the body. It just hangs more in a straight line without accenting the dreaded bulge. With my extra 10+ pandemic pounds, this was exactly what was needed! The fabric is soft and substantial - not at all thin or see-through - and has enough stretch to be comfortable and allow a good fit in several sizes, depending on how tight or loose a top you prefer, flaws you wish to disguise, etc. Itโs well-constructed and basic enough to be worn on its own (no jacket) with scarves or jewelry to dress it up a bit, plainer for more casual, and can be layered under sweaters, etc without lots of lumps or discomfort. Length is about mid to lower hip depending on your height and how you chose to size the top. Had I bought the size intended by TruFit, it would definitely have been mid-hip. Two sizes up and it was lower but still not bum-covering enough for leggings IMO. I was happy enough with it that I ordered 3 more.

Solid white tee. Good quality. Tight fit.
This is an awesome shirt. Good quality Saturday 100 percent cotton and tagless. But be aware: you should probably order a larger size. Iโm a solid medium and the medium was uncomfortably tight. Since Iโd washed it I couldnโt return it. Iโve since bought a large. Hoping a wash and dry will make it fit perfectly.

Good basic t-shirt
The neck opening is too wideโshows my bra straps. The color is a bit bright too. But itโs soft and comfortable.

Versatile and comfortable
I love Hanes products in general, and this doesn't disappoint. Most of my summer wardrobe is in the pinkish/floral range, and I needed a plain white or pink shirt to wear with nearly all of my skirts. I like 3/4 length sleeves. Once I got the size right (5'8", 235 lbs, size 18--the 2X had the right fit for me... a little loose), it was perfect. It was so perfect, that I ordered two more in each color to keep as my (literally) daily go-to tops. I wore one to my harp class once and my teacher said "OMG that is absolutely exactly the perfect kind of shirt I keep looking for," and I was all like LOL and I brought it up on my phone and she said "$9.87? Seriously?" I ordered two of them for her (small) on the spot right on my phone. She was delighted. Cannot go wrong for the quality and price. The fabric is sort of "thick-t-shirt" gauge. NOT thin, NOT see-through (like this one, which was too thin: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07D4514NX/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). I'm not particularly fond of raglan sleeves, but this is not an overtly raglan-y looking shirt. Hugs enough of the right way for an ample torso, without betrayed bra bulges or anything, and is as flattering as a shirt can be in this size. If I had to ding it for anything it's that it's almost IMPOSSIBLE to get stains out of it, even with prompt attention. Several different kinds of spray prewash (that work well on everything else), hydrogen peroxide (which ate through one of my shirts, but that was my bad) and even soaking for a week (literally) in the washing machine with Tide. I mean, that usually gets out the most stubborn stuff. I'm blaming the fabric, but maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I've never had this kind of trouble with stains (garden variety stains like salad dressing, etc). Recommend! This is a basic thing everyone should have in their wardrobe, even if it's to wear under something else!

Wearing as an undershirt for scrubs and its absolutely perfect since im cold natured but need sleeves out of the way for hand washing, patient care and procedures. Very comfortable. I am between a womens small and a medium for shirt size depending on style and use- though have been gravitating to more mediums lately. I initially bought a medium (rather it be big than too small and have to return) and found it to run a little large in the body. But not large enough to warrant a return. And being in between a small and medium, it might not be entirely fair to say a medium runs large but well Im sticking to it. And it did shrink a little with drying but disclaimer, i dried on medium heat forgetting it was in the load so I did not check the laundering instructions. I actually bought a small in this shirt as well to compare, since Im between sizes. Ironically that felt more true to size in the body and initially fit better. But I like the longer length of the medium for the purpose of wearing under scrubs. I am not disappointed in either size of the shirt and wear them both. They have both gotten a lot of use and held up well with washing. And its cute enough to wear on its own.

Shrinky
This shirt was too long. I shortened. Fit fine. Put in dryer on low with a damp towel. To get wrinkles out. Shrunk to half! I DID NOT WASH IT. PRODUCT A JOKE

Always like the Hanes they describe on in amazon...
Hey, i really like this "HANES" top. I ordered one in the light pink. It's a tad darker but still nice. I'm 185lbs & just over 5'6 & ordered a 2x. fits well & very comfortable ~ not see through. I wash everything by hand in cold water & hang to dry so there's no shrinkage. (i use febreeze spray to iron out any wrinkles when i wear an item) You never really know if it's the old Hanes brand that we're used to buying in a store... On Amaz. it always seems like you never get what you see & the fabric sux now... (hard to find cotton anymore) the sizing is always what we read buying a "hanes" product & always arrives quick & on time. Good luck
