No way to quantify if this really helps or not but, that being said, since my last bout with Gout and the taking of these capsules I've so far had no recurrence so I'll say that these are helping. It's supposed to balance the Uric Acid in the system and it must be doing as stated. Can't hurt to try. I did and I'm so far satisfied.

My husband has had a major problem with gout episodes and kidney stones over the past several years. Every time he would have a gout flare or kidney stone, it would mean trips to the doctor and weeks of prescription medications. Not to mention, the extreme pain and limited activity he would have to endure. After much desperation, I researched what we could do to possibly prevent further episodes since diet modification didn't seem to be helping. When I saw this supplement, I thought we had to give it a try. Now, I will tell you that I'm very much a skeptic when it comes to product expectations and I almost never leave a review BUT this product works like a charm! My husband has been taking this supplement daily for a year now and has not had one gout flare or kidney stone. This is the longest stretch he has gone without any episodes! It feels like he has his life back. We are so grateful we discovered this product!

I have been in pain before and after urination , on my right side front . I still have a tiny bit of pain , have only been on these for about 3 ~ 4 weeks . It was a constant feeling of my bladder being full { the pain } even though I had already gone , and it became an irritation . I could not hold my urination for 5 secs if I had to go , I had to truly go right then . With these , { I'm not saying these are claiming to do this action } for me If I get that urge to go , I can safely not fear wetting myself . I still have a bit of pain , but it is lessening each dose I take of this . I see my Dr . in 2 months , will write an update if needed ~ Thanks , love these ~

Made stomache upset

I didn't know that Uric Acid would work so well. It's help with all my joint issues and my kidney out put. See I had cervical cancer and the first doctor took out a lymphoid and caused my left side to retain water. So my body waste was no going out in the correct direction. So so far I have going to the bathroom more often and feels so good to get the water off my body. No kidney stone flair ups- feels so good to going back to what I call normal. Now it's time to take off more of water and weight. Watch what you eat is the key.
