Love this 2-filter system. Fill the 5 gal bottle w your water and select cold, hot or room temp
This Brio model CLNLPOU520SCF2 is perfect for me. I needed to better the provided water source in my Sussex Cty, DE development. Tasted and smelled like chlorine n metal. I wasn’t interested in paying for water 2x. This 2 filter system filters from a 5 gal bottle, I fill with my water tap. The chilled water is delicious and pours more volume than a refrigerator system. I have not turned on the heater since I will in the Fall n Winter months. Very pleased with this model. Running water thru the new filters was simple. Setup was easy too even thought that blue tube purpose was elusive until I saw the parts list. I haven’t tried the cleaning but as recommended on the next 5 gal bottle refill. Difficultly getting the correct model shipped. It required a return and then reordered and talking to a human at customer service, regarding the shipment. Success on 2nd shipment.

Use it everyday and well worth it.
I like this product so much that I bought another one for a family member. The water dispensed tastes great hot, cold, or regular. Great for coffee in the morning or iced tea in the afternoon. The only negatives that I’ve been able to find are that the filters could be repositioned so there would be more room for the water jug in its base. You have to make sure that the water jug is inserted fully, so the door will close. Also, it does have a few rattles when the compressor is running for cold water, and when the water pump is refilling the reservoirs. This problem was corrected, simply by flexing some of the metal on the device to eliminate the rattles. Now it is as quiet as can be and works fantastic. Flush the unit thoroughly before first use. I use it every day and have never regretted buying it.

Don’t buy this
Stopped working after 6 months. It started to overheat, and the cold water is running hot. I tried to use my extended warranty, which said I needed to contact the company first. This company does not make it easy to try to find any contact information for them. The only help I found was essentially I need to mail the entire thing back to the company to be checked out at my cost. I had my previous cooler which was cheaper, for four years with hardly any issues. The only downside is it did not have a self clean and this one has one so I thought it would be a better choice. I was wrong. This is an expensive hunk of junk. I would definitely use another brand.

So far this is a great water cooler, just hope it holds up
I have had a water cooler with a zero water filter on top of the cooler. When the cooler broke down I had to make a choice of what kind of filtered cooler I want to get. When I saw this brio cooler I decided that this was the one I wanted. It is pretty expensive way to go but when I compared the cost of these filters compared to two of the zero water filters it made my choice a lot easier. Then I looked at how it looks in my kitchen compared to the old cooler and that made it a done deal. The only thing I hesitate over is how will it hold up over time, so far it is working great, the water I’m getting from it tastes great better than the zero water filtered water and that’s saying a lot. The zero water has a test result of 0 for a couple weeks then it goes up, in a month it goes up to the 20s, in a couple months it would go up to the 50s or more. This filter is in the low 20s and that’s where is is staying. But honestly the taste is what I really care about. When the water begins to taste off, or when I can taste fluoride the filter gets changed. I must say I’m really glad I switched water coolers but now I need to get rid of my old zero water filters to help pay for it.

Love it
So far so good. I don’t believe the noise level is bad. It does make noise. As does most appliances. Not as loud as the fridge or micro. Love the fact there are three temperatures of water available with the push of a button. Had an Avalon prior. It broke down within a year. Has issues with the cold water and then it developed a leak. Addition refunded me entirely. So I suggest the Assurion plan as well

Very Happy So Far!
I waited about a month to review this. This unit replaced a similar one from a different manufacturer that lasted about 5 years. So far, I’m very happy overall. The cold water is cold, the hot is plenty hot enough for coffee, tea, etc. The unit filters out the chemical taste from our city water supply and is comparable to bottled water. The 5gal bottle from the last unit fit fine. This may not be the same for every 5gal jug as the filters take up a lot of space. The room temperature water is a bit cold. This is probably due to a lack of insulation between the two reservoirs. The minor negatives are the filters are a bit difficult to install and require a lot of torque. The LED light isn’t in a great position for filling large water bottles. The drip tray isn’t held in very securely and easily pulls out. I haven’t tried the recommended cleaning method yet but will update if I have any issues.

Highly recommended water cooler
I waited about 4 months or so to write a review about this water cooler I absolutely love it I actually made a base myself to bring the cooler up higher I'm a very tall guy so bending over wasn't too good for me I love the night light I love the filter system I've tried putting tap water into it and it does a pretty good job on filtering out to make it taste like Poland Spring or Deer Park water highly recommended very quiet great design also you can put a large thermos under it without holding it and let it fill up so it has plenty of room to fill things up with the hot water is very hot it also has warm and the cold water is really cold and refreshing and the pressure of the water coming out is very good and by the way it's self cleaning which is a big thumbs up.

Brio Bottom Load Hot and Cold Dispenser
I will NOT recommend this product. Purchased it in May via Amazon only to find out that within 6 months it wouldn't work. I've replaced the filters, but the red warning light continues to blink. I contacted Amazon about returning the item for a refund, and the agent said, that they only do 30 day to refund. Well, SOMEBODY is going to refund me my $300+ dollars. The company said that because I purchased it via Amazon that they can't refund me. Amazon has an A-Z complaint method to get back my money. Never felt more ripped off in my life. Plan on closing my Amazon account. My next move is to get a lawyer because this feels like highway robbery. Y'all can go to YouTube and watch the videos of the never-ending complaints on this product. I'm sorry that I didn't do it before the purchase. However, I would recommend Primo brand because it took years before it malfunction.
