Today marks my third month taking this supplement. I have struggled with ADD throughout my life and mostly relied on the stimulant qualities in coffee to increase my focus. Recently, I decided to cut coffee out of my diet and was forced to do some research. I found that magnesium deficiencies were discovered in many individuals with this disorder. After doing more research I found that it was particularly important for the magnesium to be chelated for better results. (In college I was on other varieties and noticed zero effects.) I am pleased to share that my ability to focus has quadrupled and reading for longer durations of time is a breeze! I also noticed my nails are stronger and no longer chip. I am dairy and meat free and was wary about taking calcium supplements as my body is very particular but this seems to be received very well. Highly recommend this product!

Amazing minerals!
