Q: What size sheet would be best?

It would depend what you build, you can build anything you can imagine, not limited to just the designs on the box. I tend to use thin or light bedsheets or blankets etc. if looking for something to use just for this kit though you can probably find cheap bedsheets/duvet covers on Amazon cheap enough. Best thing we built was a “castle” basically 4 sides and a pitched roof around the bed. Little one couldn’t wait to go to bed and it kept the heat in more so it was toasty warm inside too. 🙂

Q: I have a very tall 8 year old (125cm ish) would this be big enough? She loves dens!

My 6 & 8 yr old grandsons enjoyed building different shaped dens with this. They mostly constructed dens you crawl into. Not sure how high you can build but of course it wouldn’t then cover as much ground.

Quite dependant on how old the child is and the size of the adult! If the kiddo is a toddler and the grown up is only slight and not very tall then yes probably but if the kiddo is over the age of 8 and the grown up is 6ft they might struggle :)
