Very bad product. I followed the exact instructions to heat it and it worked after trying to heat it 2-3 times . The second time after 3-4 days I tried to heat it for 60s again, the products fur got burned and it’s not even heated. Trying to return/replace it but unable to do so.

Great heating pad. Warms up in microwave and keeps its warmth for quite a while. I especially like the length as it easily wraps around my shoulder and hip area.

Heat pad worked as advertised. It took about 1.5 minutes in the microwave to get it toasty hot. There does seem to be some moist heat coming from inside. I used it over my shoulder for a rotator cuff issue. It is large enough to stay in place - good soothing effect. It stayed hot for 10-15 minutes - good thermal mass. Easy to reheat again once it is warm.
