Have been looking for a strong magnet MagSafe charger to mount in my car in a spot that others fall when hitting hard terrain. This was my third try. Strong magnet, way I better than the standard MagSafe Works perfectly for what I wanted. Only thing is after a few months of using it the extra strong magnet on my phon stated to peel off and the magnets inside came out. I am an extra rugged user so probably won’t happen to most people. The magnets are very strong, but after a few months, they start to move in. The sticker comes off of the back of the phone. It’s very frustrating that I can’t buy these individually and have to buy the entire package again in order to get the sticker with magnets in it. Not sure what to do. I’m on my third I need a new one. I’m not going to buy the whole package again. It’s a good product and exactly what I need but the quality of the magnet is disappointing.

Great products from a great company. I have used their product for years! I found this version needs to be plugged into a direct power source. The lower volt charge supplies will not transfer enough power through the surface to charge your phone. The magnet strength and phone hold is plenty powerful! Seems to stay right in place! Will be good on the boat this summer!

UPDATE 2: Within a few days I received notification of a shipment. Once again no reply from them but it appears they've sent out another replacement. UPDATE: about 9 months later and I've been dealing with the pad on the back of the case peeling off, still.. and even having the magnets imprint and tear through the material. Over time, magnets fall out, and you can't put them back in because they cling onto other magnets nearby. So all you can do is superglue the pad to the case. I'm going to request another RMA and see how things go. Down to 4/5 stars now. When I first purchased this I purchased a new phone case since it was going to block the kickstand and I decided to get one with the smoothest back possible. My old case had texture on the back. This thing works great and sticks really well. The included placement template has directions that don't really make sense as it's not possible to do what it says. Anyway, I used it to place it on the S21 Ultra but none of the lines on the template really line up right with the phone. I tried as best I could positioning it in a way that wasn't overlaying the camera bump, but it didn't seem to work... so I decided to overlay it a bit over the camera bump (since that's as best as I could tell where the template wanted it placed). Over some months it started peeling apart. First, I noticed imprints of the magnets behind the pad, and later it actually started peeling off. I've attached an image of the issue with the camera bump and the placement of this pad on the S21 Ultra. I contacted them with the RMA form and never heard back, but 6 days later I received a replacement in the mail. This time I again tried positioning it while it's on the template, even though this is difficult because it blocks phone placement on a stand-up wireless charger. I tried it on my Anker alarm clock too. It seemed to work placed directly under the camera bump on the phone but centered horizontally. So instead of messing with the stupid template this time, I just took it off of the template and manually placed it on my phone. So far, it seems to work fine on my wireless stand-up charger. I hope it still works in the car because this has been by far the best system I've found for a G37 sedan (and that was a very long hunt and lots of trial and error!)... I won't be testing that tonight because I spent all day in my car on a cruise, I have things to do before I go to sleep, and I want the adhesive to cure. Will update this review if there is an issue with the flex plate once I get into the car, but I find that unlikely.
