This is the easiest, and best tasting coffee concentrate, i have ever had! I have acid reflux that has curtailed my coffee drinking, until Jot came along ! I think i have purchased all their flavors, and they are all wonderful, not sweetened just lightly flavored. I tried this on a whim. I bought it first, directly from Jot. I wanted the little "free" travel mug they offered. I planned on that being a one and done, but instead, I'm hooked. I switched to Amazon Sub&Save as the price is much better. About the coffee: The serving size is one Tablespoon, which is 150mg of caffeine; more than a cup of coffee, less than an energy drink. For me, I get all the wakey-uppy, with zero jitters. I also don't get the weird after a cup of coffee lethargy that sometimes leaves me needing a nap. I can only take one serving a day, and if I don't have it early enough, I will be wide awake at bed time. I use this exclusively to make "dirty coffee sodas". Typically a dirty Dr Pepper is Dr P on ice with coconut and lime juice. I use coconut creamer and a squirt of lime juice, and a Tablespoon (or less for a short shift) of Jot. For myself and my coworkers, it's addictively delicious. Also good in a root beer with a splash of cream. I keep one each in the home and work fridges with this cute little SS measuring spoon attached.

It stayed hot for a surprisingly long time too, which is a huge plus for someone like me who tends to sip slowly while working or reading. I make a pot of coffee almost everyday. I buy whole bean coffee from my local "gourmet" coffee shop, not because I am a coffee snob, but because it is a local business and she sells coffee that I like to drink (and I bought a coffee grinder because I had won a Starbucks gift basket at a charity auction that had whole bean coffee in it - so, here I am...). Sometimes, I feel like an iced coffee. I have tried other versions of these types of "concentrated" coffees, and decided to give Jot a try, too. The bottle is, by far, the coolest packaging I have seen. It came in a nifty box, like an old-school apothecary arriving with the elixir of life, or health, or something like that. Cool, cool, cool... It is 1 TBSP to 8 oz. of water/milk. Here is what I found - I think 8 oz water and another oz or so of cream/creamer is about right. It is just a bit bitter still, but certainly enjoyable. There are other options in the "coffee concentrate" aisle that I might like a bit better, but this is a good price point, so...

Enjoyable product all around, super convenient and quick, and doesn't upset your stomach. Great option to have for those "no time" moments when you need a cup but are in a hurry. I've even taken a few tbsp in a small 2 oz glass bottle on a plane flight with me to ensure I have good coffee while traveling, and added to milk on the plane for a latte on the go! Flavor is solid, robust and not too bitter. The taste definitely fits into the category of "quick coffee" – not the same as fresh, but this stands up as one of the better options out there for the convenience and worth a try if you're investigating those options. (NOTE: My review is specifically for this as a quick coffee solution – acknowledging that all concentrates/instant options clearly taste inferior to fresh brewed coffee or espresso. So please take that into consideration!)

Jot has good flavor but definitely not strong enough, 2day is my second day and I used 2 tablespoons. While flavor is more apparent than yesterday's 1 tablespoon, still not the strength I'm used to with my go to, which is illy Intenso. Absolutely love love illy!!! Also, I was prepared for a small bottle, but must have misinterpreted the review photos, because MAN IS THIS SMALL!!!!! When the box arrived I thought it was the length of the box. Come to find out, no Sonya, it is the width. If I buy again (VERY BIG IF), I'll get the stronger. I've included a photo with measurement and next to my very small hand. Hopefully the people at Jot will eventually enlarge their product. We'll ciao for now.

This product really amazed me. At first I was skeptical on how coffee could be concentrated but once I added the suggested amount of concentrate to 8 ounces of water, I was truly blown away. This makes making iced coffees in the morning so much easier. Being able to have a chilled coffee to add to my milk in the morning saves me so much time. The container also fits basically anywhere in the fridge and saves me so much room. I recommend this for anyone who likes coffee. Oh! Forgot to mention the amazing taste compared to my chilled K-cups. Having the ability to put the concentrate in the fridge and still get the same great taste makes it so worth it. Perfect amount of caffeine for coffee lovers and tastes like coffee from a shop! It is truly a holy grail. Love it so much!

I had ordered this multiple times in the past and liked them, and I had even purchased in order gifted them, as well as order to ship directly (both from amazon and from jot.co). After exploring multiple coffee without effort options, I decided to subscribed on jot.co. In order to save on shipping costs, I elected to pay for 5 bottles at $79.40 per shipment. But with the first shipment (2025,Nov) I was extremely disappointed to find that the taste profile had changed. It is now more of a dark roast tastes and has a dull annoying flavor, as well as a weird syrupy texture. It had lost its brightness and liveliness, and I detect none of the complex flavors that were in the coffee in the past. I wrote to jot customer support as well as Andrew (the founder) attempt to explain and to return for a refund. I was offered a refund for a single bottle, which was disappointing. However, just yesterday I discovered that I am about to receive yet another shipment, eventhough I had double checked that I didn't have an active subscription on jot.co. My attempts to stop or cancel so far did not work. Very frustrated. I went from being super happy with the company to being totally disappointed and wished that I had never ordered in the first place. Update: I received an email that the additional shipment (that I did not order) will be refunded.
