Unit failed in 5 months with minimal use
I purchsed this unit in late June of 2022. The unit only saw 1 business trip and now will no longer boot. Extremely dissapointed considering the cost of this unit in Canada. I would strongly advise anyone looking at this laptop to look elsewhere. Support has been non existent and I belive I am now out my $4,02.65 including taxes. An absolutley terrible product. I have owned 3 15" models and had minimal issues with all of them. This 14" version has been a complete nightmare with zero assistance from Razer on a plan forward.

Cool laptop when it works
I am extremely disappointed with my Razer laptop. Initially, it seemed like the perfect machine: light, portable, and decently fast despite the annoyance of soldered RAM which prevents any future upgrades. I did encounter some issues with hibernation, which seems to be a common complaint online, but my main frustration lies in the quality and durability of this expensive device. After shelling out a significant amount of money, largely for the Razer name and portability, I expected a quality build that would last. However, their warranty lasts only one year, and as luck would have it, my laptop died right after the warranty expired. Despite using it sparingly and taking meticulous care to avoid any harsh environments, I returned home one weekend to find it completely unresponsive. Customer support was unhelpful, offering me the option to pay for repairs, which would likely cost so much that buying a new laptop seems more sensible. For a high-priced machine, this level of service and durability is unacceptable. If you decide to purchase this or any other Razer laptop, I strongly recommend investing in an extended warranty. Without it, youโre likely to end up with an expensive paperweight and a lot of frustration.

They use Soy Ink on the packaging
Build quality is top notch. The feel of the laptop has that same attention to detail that an apple product has. It'll run any game smoothly, and most at relatively high graphics settings. They also make an effort to let you know that they used soy ink for the packing when you open up the box for the first time. I will definitely buy another blade 14 in the future knowing that they use soy ink.

Not the greatest but get the job done
lets get to the point, it gets HOT just by light gaming, anything with ultra setting it get uncomfortably to touch. Normal browsing internet, youtube, netflix, word, excel this device doing great job keeping it cool as long as you get intake fan little room to breathe (my solution was using laptop tray with build in fan). Battery life, with Ryzen 9 hype and all that doesn't help much it still have room to improve in the future hopefully (Razer hope you read this), plugged in all the time no big deal to get best performance out of this laptop for gaming or productivity work. Yep its 14 inch and ultra lightweight, design itself undeniably great and have the premium feel, and solid. Keyboard lights up help when typing in the dark. Screen refresh rate great for FPS and other game. Processing speed great and fast, thanks to Ryzen 9, DDR5 RAM and M.2 Nvme SSD that build-in. RAM soldered-in (cant be upgraded sadly) SSD just your typical swappable with bigger capacity if needed (1TB by default). Hope this help you making decisions before purchashing.
