Thermostat comes installed in the housing
Thermostat housing came with the reset it fit perfectly had no issues with it after replacing about everything I needed that had to do with the cooling system that stay cool now so I’m very happy kind of broke but happy lol….

Does not fit 5.3/6.0 truck waterpump
The unit was nice and well built but it did not fit the water pump on my 2001 Silverado LQ4. The “ears” that hold the thermostat in place make it too wide for the hole. Maybe gm superceded to a slightly different pump later on?
