how do they ship it? does it get crushed?

The bow is shipped in a sturdy box measuring 15in x 15in x 8in and we use a crush-proof ball of paper to support the roundness of the bow within the box.

100% satisfaction guaranteed - We want you to be totally happy with your purchase! If something is not how you expected please let us make it right! That said, please don't use the bow and return for a refund. This makes it hard for a small company like ours to stay in business and take good care of our employees. We stand by our products and want to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for!
