As any casein powder it can be hard to mix but here's the hack : Mix it into warm regular cow milk at 35 ⁰C. You don't need a lot of milk. Half a cup will be just enough. (that is the quickest jump in results I have ever had in many years of working out). I am using Naked Whey and Naked Casein together now.. as my only protein supplements. Threw out everything else! Please tell us...** A: A quick google search has stated that the difference between A1 and A2 is that A1 forms Histidine amino acid while A2 forms Proline amino acid. Looking at the label there is a total of sum of 3196mg of both Histidine and Proline with 746mg (23.3%) being from A1 and therefore 76.7% from A2. I’m probably making some large assumptions but this is my best guess without becoming an expert. **Q: Is this really thick like pudding?** A: When you blend it alone with a liquid like milk or water, then yes it is kind of thick. Not pudding thick, more like a melting smoothie kind of thick.This can be good though. The powder blends very well with some milk or water and berries, making a thicker smoothie without the need for ice cream or some other thickening agent. I take a walk after consuming golden milk added to this so it provides me with an amino acid drip which prevents and can reverse SARCOPENIA (muscle mass loss). If doing so, be sure to wait three minutes or so before adding the golden milk into a cup that has cold milk on the bottom (3 ounces) mixed with the micellar CASEIN powder to protect it from the hot golden milk. Great product for my efforts… Anybody in their 50s will start experiencing SARCOPENIA because the body processes start to evolve and cause the muscle mass loss.
