These are great. I’ve given several as gifts. They hold a charge for quite awhile and will light a room in a power outage. It has three brightness modes and a flashing mode. Lightweight. Would be good for camping.

My friend and I love having these around. As a Public Safety SCUBA diver, I keep a few of these with my dive gear for night operations and not have to worry about dropping a flashlight in the water, etc. I keep them around the house too as power outage lanterns. Will continue to buy more, they're worth the price.

I used this for a 2-week camping/road trip...super nice. The inflatable light concept actually works really well, this makes a great camping lantern. The plastic sort of wrap around the solar panel gives it a cheap look/feel, but it's actually very durable and water tight. The light emitted from this is remarkable, too. A few small criticisms: the blow hole is on the bottom base of the lantern, so the lantern tilts to the side if you leave it pushed out. Kind of annoying...I don't want to push in and pull out the blow hole. Also, the battery-life on this is kind of short. You get basically one good night of several hours of use (maybe two nights) before you need to recharge it. That's cool, I'll just throw it on the dash in my car and let the sunlight recharge it...nope. A full day of driving with the lantern charging by solar doesn't even move the battery life indicator (4 indicator lights). I had to charge it by micro-USB and I wish it was USB-C. Anyway, it doesn't take long to charge by USB because the lantern's battery is not large. The light output is great though and it is very portable and lightweight when folded down. Overall, excellent design with the inflatable concept. The solar panel is more of a gimmick. I would buy again though.

Absolutely love this little gadget. I bought this for camping, but with hurricane season coming to the south I will definitely keep this in my night stand in ass we loose power this hurricane season. It packs down so small and you can charge it using a c-port as well as by solar. It provides bright light and depending on how high you want to hang it, it can really throw off a good amount of light!

Worked out of the box. Used it a month later didn’t work. Charged over night never worked. Too late to return. Amended: Company read my review and offered a full refund of the product. In my eyes that shows they stand behind their product 100% . I will definitely give them another chance..

Used it for a week on an island with no power. Gave off great light at night for making supper, washing dishes, finding a place to use the bathroom in the bush (and not falling in a hole or landing on an ant hill!), and reading in the tent. We had lots of daytime light so it charged well for us. Loved that it is light, easy to carry, easy to use. Will see how it stands the test of time.

We borrowed this light for an evening bbq from a friend. We were so impressed with it we decided to buy one for ourselves as we started our camping trips. It was perfect for a game of cards in the tent at night time. Super easy to use. Solar charging is so handy. I put it on top of the car to charge during the day. Its not fast for charging by the solar panel but the alternative USB charge is very fast. The frosted plastic is great because the light is not harsh. And waterproof is a nice comfort incase you forget its charging outside. Basicly, I am recommending this light. Very happy easy storage and good lighting ability.
