Protein Drink
Like many, I have to take a form of Lactaid when drinking powered protein but they taste great especially when combined with peanut butter power and a very high source of protein.

Delicious With A Great Price Point!
I've seen reviews claiming these have deceitful nutritional fact. Mostly in terms of the actual amount of protein per scoop. I'm here to tell you, I can't confirm that because I don't know how to, and more importantly, I don't really care. As long as it's not unhealthy for me, it's fine. Now, to the review(s). I've tried Strawberry, Bananas & Cream, and Cookies &Cream. They all blend the same in my shaker bottle. No protein clusters of chunks floating around. They get very frothy, though. And if you're a fan of whole milk, these are REALLY good with that. Almond Milk is just as good, it just makes them thicker in consistency, so you get more of a milkshake texture. I haven't tried water because I will never mix protein powder with water. Ever. Yuck. I hate it. Plus with milk/almond milk you get that extra 3-5g protein.Cookies & Cream is my absolute favorite. It takes just like a milkshake. Seriously. It's delicious. I can go on for days about this one. My goodness!Bananas & Cream is just the same. Very potent with the banana flavor. It seems slightly thicker than Strawberry and Cookies & Cream, but that could just be me. The flavor is the bomb, though. I love it.Strawberry is strawberry. And honestly, that's all I can ask for. It tastes like strawberry. And if you've had any other brand's version, you'd appreciate this review. Strawberry tastes like strawberry. Not Nyquil. That's all I'll say on that.Strawberry Banana. I mix these two occasionally. One scoop of each, because I love strawberry banana flavored things. As and I love the taste of these two combined. This also mixes very well with oatmeal. I use about half a scoop in plain oatmeal, cook with almond milk and a few walnuts. It's amazing. I never have to add anything else, except maybe butter.Overall, I love this stuff!

I’m going to keep using this unless something changes.
This stuff tastes good. I bought the vanilla. If you put too much water in, it waters it down, but just enough water or almond milk makes it like a desert. The serving size is 49 grams. Most other protein powders that I have gotten in the past are 31 grams in a scoop. I took a 31 gram scooper from one of my previous protein powders and if you need to do the math, 31 grams is 63 percent of 49. Which makes the calories of this 120 in a 31 gram servicing and about 19 grams of protein. Also I like how it has creatine and taurine in it. I used to take a separate taurine supplement every once in a while and I always take a very low does of creatine and it keeps me from bloating. So I’m glad this has it in there as well so I won’t have to buy other supplements. Also, no soy. It has sunflower instead of soy. And the price is great. Good value. I’m going to keep repurchasing this protein unless something changes for the worse.

Good stuff overall, but it helps to know what you need and want from the product
It really helps to know the purpose for getting this Whey, any Whey powder, to know what's best for you. Are you working out hard, using it as a diet supplement to lose weight, just need to add a little protein to your diet? I don't care that this is from concentrate and I have to drink it within about 15 minutes for efficacy. I don't care that it has a few calories more/serving (45, I think) than more expensive ones, and I don't care about 1 scoop vs 2 scoops, and how long it lasts. I only use one scoop about 5 times a week, I drink it right away, and the difference in calories is not major, certainly not enough to pay nearly double. This one tastes fine, no better or worse than the others, and I add yogurt, so it works for me. But it may not be right for your needs, so it helps to know; but as a diet supplement to lose weight, I think this is perhaps the best one at the price. But I keep looking. Thank you.

It’s working and I can digest it!
Background: I’ve been lifting weights for pleasure for 20 years. I’ve used creatine and vegan powders, but it’s my first whey protein. After using this for a week, I’m pleased with the results. I’m a small woman who loves lifting weights, so I only drink one scoop on water or milk after my workout.Digestion: I have a sensitive stomach , usually avoid sweeteners, coffee, lots of flours, etc. I still get to drink this whey protein without issues. I also listen to my body: if my stomach is not up for it, I only drink half of the massive spoon and leave the rest for later.Flavor: Banana flavor is Not bad at all, actually kind of enjoyable with milk, even with the sweetener. Results: It makes me feel full and I’m noticing that lifting more, eating more protein, and adding this has made the whole process easier and I’m getting bulkier ( more muscle ).I deduct a star because I wish it didn’t have artificial sweeteners in it , but I knew it when I bought it.I have no idea if it’s spiked , if it has all the protein it claims to have or not. I’m just happy that I can keep it down and it seems to be helping my weight training goals. I would try to find something healthier in the future, but this is a good kickstart for me to get past the plateau where I was.I the Creatine of the same brand before my workout , less than a spoon. I don’t mind if the whey only has 1.5 g per spoon. I’m already taking creatine and I don’t need that much more for my size, so a gram is perfect for me. Then I drink the whey post workout or a little earlier in the day to supplement a meal. For $17 for 2 lbs, it’s a good value, and will buy again next month.
