Which plug type does the power brick come with? I have seen many pictures of this with a euro-plug.

If purchased in the US, it comes with a US plug.

Does it support port aggregation?

Yes it does, I was using it in an LACP configuration with my FreeNAS systems before switching to 10 Gbps Ethernet. It worked great with no issues, make sure to upgrade the firmware to the most recent version.

Is this switch POE enabled?

It can be powered over POE via port one, but it does not offer POE output for cameras, radios, or whatever. Hope this helps!

Will the sfp+ ports support dac cables?

Yes. I can confirm they work with a Cisco branded 3M cable (SFP-H10GB-CU3M) at 10Gbe speeds.
