Cons: Sometimes it takes several minutes to evenly heat the food - it would also be great if there was a way to insulate the containers as they lose heat quickly if packed for lunch. There is also no way to purchase a replacement vent. My toddler pulled out the vent and threw it away at school. Having said that, I reached out to customer service and they were great! They resolved my problem quickly and now I am a happy customer. I will be buying more of these as they are the best solution I have found.

I purchased this product after a great deal of research on suitable alternatives to glass for my kids'. I use the larger one for my lunch and send my children to school with the smaller containers. Pros: I like that these containers can be microwaved. They are made of non-toxic metal alloy and that makes me happy knowing that my children will be using them. Also, they are leak proof. Cons: Sometimes it takes several minutes to evenly heat the food - it would also be great if there was a way to insulate the containers as they lose heat quickly if packed for lunch. There is also no way to purchase a replacement vent. My toddler pulled out the vent and threw it away at school. Having said that, I reached out to customer service and they were great! They resolved my problem quickly and now I am a happy customer. I will be buying more of these as they are the best solution I have found.
