Does Raya come with a sword. I see one hand is closed, but the other is open as to hold an object?

No, she does not come with a sword. Her only accessories are two brown arm bands. They are easily removed and flexible enough to put on the dragons.

Can you pose/move the legs?

No, all five dragons, they don't have possible legs. Two, are posed upright. But all in all, beautiful and rare toy.
