I tried these to see how sea moss effected me. I also tried real sea moss and experienced better results but still got some with these pills and they are cheaper and more convenient than the actual stuff. No bad taste when taking them either!

I really like Irish Sea Moss and Blyss vitality. Capsules are so much easier than the soak and blender method. Yah! Thank you, Blyss for a good product.

Noticed a difference the first day. So much more energy and just being awake in general. Also makes me less hungry during the day.

A supplement I can actually feel working! It has given me energy and made life worth living.

This is the second sea moss/kelp supplement I've tried with Iodine in it and I haven't seen anyone else share a similar report but when I took this for a few days my throat began to feel like there was a huge lump in it. At first it was just a bit annoying, but after hours which bled into days of this lump feeling bigger and bigger it created SO much anxiety and discomfort for me. I couldn't ever clear it or swallow. I love the idea that sea moss has so many beneficial minerals but I'm not so sure after trying two different supplements to have the same reaction. I think it causes my thyroid to react but I was MISERABLE for days till it cleared from my system. Maybe it's because our oceans are so polluted at this point that it doesn't have the same benefits it used to. Maybe I'm allergic or something. If this works for you I'm glad for you, and I'm sad because I love the idea, the branding, etc. But I wanted to share regardless because if by some chance it's not exclusively me, I would love to help someone else avoid the horrible experience I had taking this supplement.

These may work for other people, but they did give me a pretty bad stomach ache. Because everyone is different, I’m not giving a bad review, they just weren’t for me.Packaging is so cute, with the pink label.

I tried this product the first time and I felt, amazing. I am a mother of four children and there were days I would feel completely overwhelmed. After I started this product I was singing in the car with my kids. My stress is not completely gone but I somehow can manage better because of it.
