Heavy Cream Powder - Keto Creamer, 1 lb (Pack of 1)

I use this as an ingredient in making powdered coffee creamer. It imparts a nice, rich flavor. It also dissolves easily. Kind of expensive but overall worth the money.

It definitely makes cream for coffee, cocoa and adding to smoothies, soups and other dishes but you can’t make homemade ice cream with it. I already tried whipping it up and it won’t thicken up no matter how much power to water consistency you use. It also has a good creamy flavor.

It tastes good but couldn't get it mixed up very well by shaking it.

Works okay. Doesn't whip into whipped cream. I keep it on hand for when I run out of milk or cream. I only use it for cooking, not drinking, because it doesn't taste like fresh milk or cream when it's mixed with water. But it is powdered, so that makes sense. I have to use more than the instructions say to get the proper texture of fresh cream, so it doesn't go as far as the bag claims. It's good to have in a pinch.

I bought this because we like heavy cream in our coffee but fresh cream can’t be stored very long. I put the powdered cream in the bottom of our cups first, then pour in the hot coffee. I don’t even have to stir as it blends in very well.

I really am trying to replace grocery items with the most natural product I can find. I like cream in my coffee and since I practice the carnivore diet, HWC is a staple in any recipes I try. First, it's summer. I'm drinking cold coffee. This does not dissolve AT ALL if you add the powder straight to the coffee. I'm overcoming this by making a half cup at a time in my blender (mixed in short, quick bursts so it doesn't fluff) Second, I've never had fresh cream. Is it sweet? This creamer seems sweet and I don't care for the taste. It's kind of nasty. I'm not sure how to overcome this. So, this has ruined my beloved one cup of morning coffee two mornings in a row. I don't know where to go from here. I really don't want to continue to consume carrageenan and polysorbate 80, but hmmmm. This is a problem. This has been a one-star experience for me, but I'm going to give some benefit of the doubt to this being a problem with me and my taste buds as well.

I wish I knew about this sooner. I've throwen away so many quarts for not using fast enough. But no more !

Excellent product. I justify the additional expense given the health benefits and frequent use. Mixed with Aroy-D coconut milk via battery frother in coffee.

Product as advertised but it is an expensive choice.

I live a long way from a grocery store, so when I run out of something, I do without until I can get to town. One thing I CANNOT do without is my coffee cream! I bought this to tide me over whan and if I do run out. Tried it in my coffee and it is delicious! I used a battery whisker to blend it in well and enjoyed the cuppa very much! I'll be ordering more.

Not sure why some people complain about the odor. In the bag, it’s odorless. I didn’t use it in coffee, but I made some crazy pancakes with just eggs and the powder. I’m on an OMAD keto carnivore diet, and it added a nice touch of variety to my meal. I just ordered two more bags to make sure I don’t run out. Another important thing is due to my super low carbs (below 10g, average 6g) this fits on my daily OMAD meal without spiking my insulin and keep me on therapeutical ketosis (over 3). So... it is not just Keto friendly but it is also tasty and helps my get the calories I need.
