Is this really a nvme drive? the user posted benchmark results suggest otherwise!

Hi! So you're seeing the reviews for the A55 version included in this (there are multiple SSDs included on one Amazon page - click through to see the difference). This device is definitely an NVMe M.2 drive; the A55 is a 2.5' drive, which has the performance you've been seeing in pictures. Beware though; if you're looking for an upgrade for your NVMe SSD you should definitely have a look at a smaller capacity SSD from a better brand (i.e. Samsung). Those will be faster and more reliable. If you need the storage, use NVMe to boot and buy an external/internal (if you have the space inside your machine) hard-drive for extra storage.

Does this come with a heatsink or do i need to apply or buy one seperately.

No heatsink is supplied, but one is not needed for this SSD (pc tech of 11 years)

Would this be ok with Rog Ally ?

I purchased one a while ago and it failed within a few months. Not recommended.

Will this ssd fit in b450m pro-m2 motherboard?

Best answer I can give is that, having perused the manual for that motherboard (which isn't terrible helpful in its description of the m.2 service!), yes, it will fit. Just be aware that, like most motherboards, once you start using the m.2 sockets on the motherboard that your SATA connections get reduced in number!
