I received the product today, super fast delivery. 1 day and half. Well packaged. The fabric is a soft cotton. I bought the beige as I like more neutral colors. My baby girl is almost 05 months. She was a little fussy when I was trying to figure out how to put her in it and adjust all the buckles and straps. I must say, I think she is still a little bit short for it. You cannot fold the fabric under her neck for her to be facing forward, you have toKinda hold it if your baby is still little. The seat is great, but I think I will put more some cotton cushion in it, so it gets even more comfortable for her. It's been 02 hours that she fell asleep in the carrier, which is great. The seat is awesome and so are the pockets. There are 02. One on the side of your waist belt and the other on baby's back. Great toPut keys, cell phone, card and money. And even a diaper. I wish the carriers were more closed on our breasts, covering it completely,So the mothers would have more privacy to breastfeed. It is hurting my lower back and shoulders, but my baby is comfortable. Maybe I need to adjust it better. Overall, I will give it 05 stars, because it is a well thought product with great price. Last week I bought a more expensive one and returned it immediately. Too bulky and too difficult to get the baby in and out. This one here is much better. I recommend it!

I first liked this carrier. It was a good buy and there was a coupon. I would use it almost all the time when bringing my son around. I would give it 5 stars until...Today, three months later, a strap the holds the baby chair in the front broke. The baby sits there and I saw, it was made of a thin piece of cloth, so as a parent that focuses on safety first, I stopped using it and bought one of a more sturdy design.

I ordered this for my daughter for Christmas to use with my almost year old grandson. He is small for his age and it wouldn't work when we first got it. We waited until he had grown some hoping that it would work, but his head hits in the middle of her back (she is very small also), he cannot see anything, and the seat is not suited for a his legs. He is very uncomfortable in it. I would not recommend this to anyone.We missed the return window by 2 days and I emailed the company. I have had no reply from them, so I assume customer service is also lacking. I will say that maybe it went to junk mail, but since I emailed through Amazon, I doubt it.

This thing is awesome! Every use we get inquiries from other mothers as they compare their inferior carrier. Buy this, you'll be glad you did!

This is a great product. Feels good on and helps distribute her weight evenly. I love the different carrying options. Very happy with it and, it was a lightning deal so we paid a very nice price for it.

Love this carrier. The other we have had too small of leg openings but this one is perfect for growing little ones who want to go where you go. Also, the velcro belt helps with back support for whomever is wearing baby.
