KMD 3000mAh Rechargeable Battery Pack for Nintendo Wii U Internal Controller

I was very skeptical about this battery because of the previous reviews but our battery wouldn't hold a charge at started deforming and we were afraid it was going to blow up, so this has been great for us considering what we have been dealing with.

The product worked the firdt use snd tha battery lasted 2 hours, but the next time after i charged, it last 20 minutes and after that it only worked by playing coneccting the game pad directly to the wall plug. The battery never charged again. The product is awaste of money and time.

Traded out the original battery for this and it’s workinf fine.

Nintendo does not make new Will U batteries any more. Any genuine Nintendo is likely very old - or maybe a counterfeit.We found that some of the actual Nintendo batteries we purchased were clearly very old. I like that this one cannot be an old battery someone is just selling as if new... or old stock of Nintendo batteries from years ago. This is clearly not made by Nintendo, so it is likely new.It works great. My sons used to have to plug it in all of the time and only got maybe a few minutes of playtime when not connected to power. Now my youngest son says he gets more than two hours.

So when I first got this I charged it but it only charged for 20 min blinked and went off... then charged for 20 more min... so I when looking and found the at the Nyko battery had issues like this so I reseated the connector several times and bingo no it works lin the orignal battery maybe an hour to 90 min more life... so over all they are OK... but suffer from sub standard quality connectors....

I only had this for like a year and it stopped charging properly. It dies really quickly, and the orange light flashes while plugged in. It doesn't seem to hold a charge for more than an hour, even when not pressing anything.

My grandson needed a new battery for his wife u console. My husband went out looking and came up empty handed. I said, let's check Amazon.com, they have everything! I got on and found exactly what we needed. The battery was exactly like the original and even cost less than an electronic store could order and have it shipped. We received it quickly and have had no issues with it. I highly recommend this product!

It acts like the regular battery I bought this one to replace. The battery in my Wii-U gamepad was old (five years old) and the gamepad's battery would go dead after 75 minutes of play. And I mean go dead. The battery light would start blinking and seven to twelve minutes later the unit would shut down. I'd have to scramble for the cord to continue playing. So a friend of mine suggested getting a higher capacity battery for a longer play time. Which made sense. So I ordered this battery, installed it in the gamepad, and left it to charge for a day and a half almost two days. I decided ok let's see what's going on. I played a game (Yoshi's Wooly World) and the light on the gamepad started blinking after an hour of play. Really? I would think that 36 hours would have been enough time to have a full charge. Perhaps there is a fault with the battery I got. However I did also order two 1500mAh batteries and they are GREAT! They are like (They ARE! The original batteries that the unit comes with! If/when you swap them out they are the identical batteries in the gamepad! I got two because this battery also fits the Wii-U Pro controller which I also have!) ANYWAY putting that battery in makes the gamepad work like new! six to eight hours of gameplay (And if you're playing Xenoblade X you're going to need a reliable battery!) I got this battery because I was looking for eight to twelve hours before recharging. But like I said. Maybe the battery I got was faulty.
