Product works wonders on barking incessant barking but the piece that holds the battery in place fell off making it unusable.
I have been really happy with this product overall. I got it at the end of July and it has stopped the incessant barking of my young Maltese. The noise and vibration is just enough to get him to simmer down without traumatizing him.However, a few weeks back the cover that holds the battery in place fell off at some point and because I was unable to find it, it is now unusable. I tried taping the battery in place but the tape fell off as well. I loved the product other than this and love that it is humane. The fact the battery holder fell off is my only reason for a 3 star review versus 5. I am unsure how to get in touch with the company but would be happy to pay for a new cover for the battery if that is an option. Hoping the cover falling off is not a common problem because it is a great item other than that!

Absolutely LOVE this product. I have two small dogs, 8 and 10 lbs. great dogs, but bark! At first, I brought the sound one. Only worked for two days. I sent them back and the company refunded me with no problem. I just purchased two of these and let me tell you, this is the product for you. The first time they bark, a warning sound goes off. if they bark again, a vibration goes off. If they continue to bark, the vibration goes up to seven levels. Both of my dogs have only been to level one! "I LOVE IT!!!" The funny thing to watch, is that these dogs will try and do a very low bark sound, just to see if they can get away with it. I can leave my home and not have to worry about if my neighbors will hear them. At bedtime, I take them off for the night, and put them back on first thing in the morning. I hope that I helped you, my neighbor is going to get one for her dog as well.

It Works!!!
I was very skeptical about this bark collar but for the price figured I'd give it a go. I have a french bulldog that was barking non stop for a good hour after I'd leave for work. He's kind of a wild thing so I didn't think he'd care about the loud beep but I didn't' want to get anything that wouldn't shock him. Happy to report that after one loud beep, he's silent! He turns around quickly and stares as the thinks it's coming from behind him, very funny to watch ;). I told my mom about it and she got one for her large dog (over 90 lbs) and it also worked for him. I've been using this for about a month and it's still working. I recommend it to a neighbor who had a small yapper and it worked for her as well. For this great price it is worth a go!

Working GREAT!!!!!
Ok, so far I'm giving this a 5 star review, because it's only been on my dog for 3 days (while I'm at work) and she's been quiet. My landlord's office is directly under my auartnebt and him and his secretary says she barks her head off for hours while I'm at with, which is not only bad for obvious reasons, but also because he never minded me having dogs and now doesnt want me to get another, with was a bummer, because I wanted to foster a hurricane rescue . Soooo, She's been quiet! I'm amazed! Let's hope it continues to work!!!**Today was day 4. I went home for lunch, then went downstairs to talk to my landlord. She could hear me. I could hear my try to bark, making tiny little sounds, then she stopped. So far if I could give this product more stars I would, LOL!!

No pain
I like that it doesn’t hurt the dogs. It works great on two of my dogs, to the point we don’t even have turn it on. One dog just barks through the sound it makes, and he doesn’t care. I use them short term, such as when I know someone is coming to the door. So, two out of three dogs, it’s great. It worked on a Jack Russell and a mini Schnauzer. Did not work on another Jack Russel. But definitely worth trying.

Dog now barks louder to be heard over the noise
It does what it says, BUT my dog quickly learned there are 3 audible bleeps before the vibration starts. He is willing to forego any discomfort he might feel at the bleeps and get 3 loud barks in before the vibration. He barks louder than ever before, so he can be heard overthe bleep.....I wish I could adjust it down to just 1 bleep OR immediate vibration, but you can only adjust intensity...

Got this for my pug that like to bark at EVERYTHING that blows in the wind outside. I have the sensitivity turned all the way up and it only goes off half the time he barks. I think when he shakes his head it moves the microphone away from his throat and it doesn’t register. I really don’t want to tighten the collar anymore as it seems very tight already.

We are only a few hours in and already, our lives are changed! We have a 7 month old 50 pound collie who is very vocal. He barks at basically everything and I honestly didn't have much hope for this collar. We tried a shock collar with a remote but because we couldn't always get to the remote every time he barked like crazy, he didn't learn to associate the barking with the shock. This collar gives him an immediate warning beep that is loud enough to make him stop. At this very moment, he's in his crate for bed time and my kids are doing cartwheels and giggling. This would usually set him off and instead, we have silence. 5 stars, two thumbs up, I can't sing enough praises!!!
