Gave it a little bend after bolted in place, and was able to make it work for now. Will also need to take a grinder to shave down tubing at closure. I have to see if I can take this on a palne with me.** A: The dimensions of the box is 48.43in x 28.74 x 8.07in. The overall weight is 54.9lb. **Q: Are they easilly removable? (IE lift off the hinges) I have a narrow enclosed trailer and need to be able to take the drivers side door off easily .** A: No. You would have to unbolt the door from the RZR. Like many other reviews I read, the passenger side was a little challenging to install. Had to "tweak" the rear bracket and also latch bracket on frame. Just had to bend rear bracket out a quarter inch to get door alignment better and to allow it to latch. Can't say it was all the manufactures issue as some problem could have been my Rzr. Had to drill out rear bracket on both sides as factory bolt was bigger than the slot on bracket.
